A dynamic and diverse work environment

Jordan's Farm is a 5th generation family farm located in Cape Elizabeth, ME that is dedicated to growing food to feed our community and creating soils to enrich local gardens. We grow a variety of produce (including but definitely not limited to; strawberries, sweet corn, tomatoes, lettuce, and squash) using sustainable practices for retail at our Cape Elizabeth farm stand and for our South Portland location, The Farm Stand. In addition, we wholesale some of our crops to local food pantries and Maine-based distribution companies, as well as operate a seasonal “Pick Your Own” strawberry patch.

We are currently seeking hardworking, quick-paced, creative, problem-solving individuals to join our team for the 2020 season. Ideally, our new recruits would have a passion for beautiful vegetables, locally-focused, sustainable Maine food systems, and good conversation. The ability to balance many tasks all at once with a positive attitude is a must. Applicants will need to be ready to work in all sorts of weather conditions (cold, heat, humidity, rain, etc.)- You certainly will learn to love layers here. Come join our farm “family”!
