2010 Eligibility Criteria
Seniors must be a Maine resident, and not live in the household or be an immediate family member of the farmer. In addition the senior must meet both the AGE and INCOME requirements
AGE REQUIREMENT
60 or over (age 55 for Native Americans)
INCOME REQUIREMENT
Income below $20,036.00 if living alone
Two-person household income below $26,955.00
NOTE: Seniors must sign-up each year, even if they were with a farmer last year.
